The purpose of this site is to inform the people of Kaufman County about  Joe Parnell, his record of service to the county as your County Court of Law Judge and his involvement with the community and why he is needed now to serve as your Kaufman County Commissioner Precinct 3.

After serving more than 9 years as your Judge to a newly created County Court at Law, Judge Joe M. Parnell with his successful experience is seeking election in the Democratic Primary Election this coming March for Kaufman County Commissioner Precinct 3.

RUNOFF ELECTION
Early Voting

Takes place at the
Terrell Sub Court House at
408 East College St.

 Begins on March 31st (Monday)
thru April 4th (Friday) 
8AM to 5PM


 Regular Voting

Takes place at the same 9 voting locations as the primary voting.
April 8th (Tuesday)
 7AM to 7PM

  • Who can vote?
    As long as you did not vote in the Republican primary, you can vote in the Democratic Runoff for Commissioner Pct. 3. In other words, if you voted in the Regular Democratic Primary or if you did not vote at all, you can vote in this important runoff election.

  • Why you should vote:
    Only a very small percentage of eligible voters will take the time to vote in this important election. The winner will take on the incumbent Republican in the November General Election.
